Join Nellie Keyes Park Maintenance Fund
In partnership with the Houston Parks and Recreation Department, the Rice Military Civic Club (RMCC) has a permit to maintain the park. The City mows the grass every 21 days. RMCC mows the park in between so the park is mowed every 10 days. We are in need of funds for mulch, tree replacement and maintenance, and other expenses.
